Baby Blessing - A baby shower in a ceremonial atmosphere.
The Baby Blessing ceremony is designed to create a deep connection between the mother-to-be and her baby. This unique baby shower combines a ceremonial atmosphere with meaningful activities. Together, we take the time to meditate, journal, get creative and set intentions for the pregnancy, birth, and the baby's life.
Surrounded by a group of loved ones, the mother-to-be receives blessings that fill her with love and support throughout her pregnancy.

For this gathering, you can choose from the following options:
Snacks & drinks: A light selection of fresh fruit, dates, and nuts, served with herbal teas and organic juices.
Luxury lunch: A beautifully decorated table with artisanal bread, dips, vibrant salads, homemade soup, and other nourishing dishes.
Guided Meditation
A moment where we sink into our bodies & seek connection with the womb. We journey through the fascinating process of the pregnancy and bless the mother and baby.
Sound Healing
The meditation will be closed off with a calming sound bath where participants will be immersed by sounds and frequencies that promote deep rest and nervous system rebalancing.
Guided Journal Session
This intentional journaling session provides a structured yet personal space to write a letter to the mother to be, describing your relationship with and wishes for the mother. The mother can use this time to write a letter to the baby.
Creative Activity
You can choose to customize rompers for the baby or create personalized affirmation cards for the mom-to-be to use during labor. Getting creative together is a beautiful way to connect while having fun.
