Bodywork: Nervous System Energetics & Fascia Release
Release trauma, restore flow, and reconnect with your body
What is this session?
In this deep and holistic bodywork session, I combine Nervous System Energetics with Fascia Release to help release stored emotions, chronic tension, and unconscious patterns that live in the body. These two methods work together—on both subtle and physical layers—to regulate your nervous system and bring back flow and safety in your body.
Nervous System Energetics is an energetic treatment focused on releasing trauma that is stored in the nervous system. When energy is stuck, it can lead to emotional and physical symptoms. This session helps calm the system, move stagnant energy, and support the body in creating new neurological pathways so you no longer stay stuck in survival mode (fight, flight or freeze).
Fascia Release works on the body’s connective tissue (fascia), which can become tight or hardened due to trauma, stress, or overuse. This soft tissue holds a lot of emotional memory and can limit natural movement and flow. By releasing tension in the fascia, we support deeper relaxation, emotional release, and an increased sense of connection within the body.
Together, these approaches help you feel lighter, calmer, and more grounded—mentally, emotionally, and physically.
